  • "That class was HARD but the hard work paid off. The sequences included some of the most challenging poses for me, like variations on high lunge, and once we got up to crow, I was like "hell no." But I played around with it like you invited us to, and I was able to nearly hit the asana by balancing on my big toes! I have never been able to get anywhere near crow before and I feel like the sequence leading up to it in this class was the perfect warm-up that allowed me to almost get there. I genuinely shocked myself! Taking your flow & HIIT/flow classes regularly for the past three months has really helped me build strength and resilience in a way I've never been able to do before.
